Web Address Ownership
After you have ordered and paid for your shop, you will be asked what web address you want for your shop. The choice of web address is subject to availability. The web address is registered with you as the owner and our partner, InternetRetailer.biz, as the administrative contact.
Shop Ownership
As the shop owner you own your shops design, branding and web address. Our partner, InternetRetailer.biz, retain ownership of the Ecommerce platform that makes your shop work, including but not limited to database, software and hosting platform.
Shop Availability
InternetRetailer.biz provide the Ecommerce platform and hosting through which your karate shop works. No guarantees are given whatsoever to the availability of your shop at any time, and no liability is accepted by The Karate Shop or InternetRetailer.biz for loss of earnings, losses claims or damages caused as a consequence of actions taken or not taken in relation to the provision of service. No guarantees can be given to the reliability of 3rd party services which may affect the delivery of service in relation to your shop.
Shop Contents
Your shop will be stocked with the latest Karate products from leading and up and coming brands. The contents may change from time to time subject to availability, product choices made by The Karate Shop, and brand placement.
You have control over your shops information pages (About, Contact, FAQs, Testimonial pages etc) as well as article and link pages. You can also edit some product details to make your shops contents exclusive and different to other affiliate shop owners using our service.
Accepting Payments Through Your Shop
All payments through your shop are processed by our merchant account and credited to our business accounts subject to the payment processing fees and conditions.
Commission
Commission is earned on every single order through your shop. Commission is calculated based on volume of orders in a single month, starting at 10%.
Commission is paid one calendar month in arrears on all orders on the last day of each month. In the case of weekends and bank holidays payment will be made on the first working day available thereafter.
Commission payments are subject to a float (a retained balance of commission) calculated by Fightwear based on turnover and volume of orders. The float exists to protect against fraudulent orders, disputed transactions and customer chargebacks. On termination of your role as a retail agent, the float will be paid in full subject to fraudulent orders, disputed transactions and customer chargebacks at the end of the first week following a 6 month period.
Your Status As a Retail Agent
By selling fightwear products through your shop, you hereby agree to act as a retail agent for The Karate Shop. You accept full liability for any actions taken by you that are intended or otherwise actioned that imply, threaten or actually damage the reputation or trade of The Karate Shop.
Chargebacks, Disputed Transactions & Fraudulent Orders
While most customers are honest, there exists an element of petty thieves and criminals who seek to defraud online retailers. As the primary retailer, The Karate Shop are responsible for payment and order processing and fulfillment. Fightwear will take every necessary action against fraudulent activity through any affiliate karate shop.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Times
Order fulfillment is subject to our standard shipping terms and conditions which are automatically published in your karate shop, and clearly linked to for the benefit of your customers.
Termination
Either party can cancel the agreement between The Karate Shop and the Retail Agent at any time by email, telephone or in writing. There is no liability implied or otherwise on The Karate Shop or InternetRetailer.biz to continue to provide any level of service whatsoever at any time.
